From the app
Sign in, open Settings, choose Delete my account and type DELETE to confirm. This works on the web, iPhone and Android with the same account.
By email
Write to info@diaz-industries.com from the email address on your account and ask for deletion. We confirm within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your account and settings, your private list, your call records, transcripts and messages, your customers and appointments in Cleartrill, your approved answers, and any Your Voice copy. Any subscription is cancelled. Your Cleartrill number is released.
What is kept, and for how long
Records we must keep for tax, billing or legal reasons, such as invoices, for the period the law requires. Everything else is deleted within 30 days. Caller recordings held by our providers follow the 90-day limit in the Privacy Policy.
